If you would like to return an item for store credit, please email us at pynknovember@gmail.com to file your return. The process is quick and simple.  Just make sure you have handy your order number and the email used at checkout.

If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to pynknovember@gmail.com

    • Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return item(s) for store credit.

    • RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange. On the 8th we can not except your exchange. 

    • Return item must be in original packaging and must include packing slip. 
  • We DO NOT provide refunds.

  • All shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Pynk November will not accept returns for bodysuits (jumpsuits and rompers are returnable and ARE NOT considered bodysuits), intimates, bathing suits / swimwear, accessories, beauty products and sale items. No store credit will be issued.

  • Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.

  • Pynk November is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable.

  • Returns will only be processed within 4-7 business days once we receive your package. 

  • Pynk November reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.

Please understand that these measures are taken out of precaution, for the safety of our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, so we will always do our best to fulfill your requests according to our standards at Pynk November.
