Unfortunately, after placing an order NO orders can be canceled. You can return your item if you are not satisfied and we will be happy to provide you with a store credit.

Please allow us up to 24-48 business hours to respond to your email. Typically we will respond a lot faster.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us and request a return slip. If we approve your return we will begin processing your return.
